چکیده
AbstractObjective We aimed to investigate live birth rate (LBR), cumulative (CLBR) for consecutive fresh and frozen-thawed in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycles, CLBR after an entire IVF programme involving multiple ovarian stimulations using blastocyst transfer only. Study design From January 1 st 2014 December 31 2018, we included women aged 18–45 years who initiated or intracytoplasmic sperm injection at Aagaard Fertility Clinic, Denmark. The primary outcome was birth, secondary outcomes were a positive hCG blood test ongoing pregnancy confirmed by ultrasonography. All proportions estimated transferred cycles with 95 % confidence intervals (CI). used conservative strategy, assuming that none of the did not return further treatments had birth. Results 871 contributed 2236 initiated/1670 and/or cycles. LBRs first 22.8 (95 %-CI: 19.8−26.0) 35.7 31.4−40.2) respectively. 30.6 26.4−35.1) 31.7 27.4−36.3) CLBRs 18.2 16.2−20.3) 29.7 26.6−32.9) 25.5 22.6−28.5) 26.4 23.5−29.6) For 436 found 64.0 59.3−68.5). Conclusion Compared other studies cleavage stage transfer, our study presents considerable effect success when In clinical setting, blastocysts seems be viable method.

Cumulative Live Birth Rates after In Vitro Fertilization
Background: In vitro fertilization (IVF) has become increasingly common, today representing about 3% of all live births in some countries. Most patients have to undergo more than one treatment in order to achieve a live birth. Thus cumulative live birth rates are highly interesting to the patients. The most important health problem in IVF is the high rate of multiple births, leading to increase...
متن کاملCumulative live-birth rates after in vitro fertilization.
BACKGROUND Outcomes of in vitro fertilization (IVF) treatment are traditionally reported as pregnancies per IVF cycle. However, a couple's primary concern is the chance of a live birth over an entire treatment course. METHODS We estimated cumulative live-birth rates among patients undergoing their first fresh-embryo, nondonor IVF cycle between 2000 and 2005 at one large center. Couples were f...
متن کاملCumulative Live-Birth Rates by Maternal Age after One or Multiple In Vitro Fertilization Cycles: An Institutional Experience
Background: The aim of this retrospective study is to investigate the cumulative live birth rate (CLBR) following one or more completed in vitro fertilization (IVF) cycles (up to 6 cycles) stratified by maternal age and type of infertility. Materials and Methods: In this retrospective study, five hundred forty-seven women who received 736 fresh ovarian stimulation/embryo transfer cycles between...
متن کاملLive Birth from Previously Vitrified Oocytes, After Trophectoderm Biopsy, Revitrification, and Transfer of a Euploid Blastocyst
Our objective is to describe a successful live birth from oocyte vitrification followed by thaw, fertilization, blastocyst culture, trophectoderm biopsy, vitrification, and subsequent thaw. Fifteen mature oocytes were frozen from a patient with uterine factor infertility. Thirteen oocytes survived the thaw, and five underwent trophectoderm biopsy and were refrozen. Three euploid embryos were ob...
متن کاملLive birth after transfer of a twice-vitrified warmed blastocyst that had undergone trophectoderm biopsy.
A 28-year-old patient presented for preimplantation genetic screening (PGS) for family balancing utilizing previously vitrified blastocysts and day-2 embryos. To synchronize endometrial development with the embryos to be transferred, five embryos vitrified on day 2 were warmed 3 days prior to scheduled transfer. Three of them developed to 8-, 8- and 7-cell stages, respectively, and were biopsie...
